Upon completion of the simulator or control loading product, Flight Level Engineering will generate a unit specific quick start guide. Installation and integration with other ITA systems is customer specific and training is encouraged.

Remote Support (phone, email, skype, remote to hardware)

Most of our products include 5 hours of complimentary phone / email support. Annual remote support contracts are also available. This not only provides access to an application engineer, but also provides the customer with updates or new features that may be available.

On Site Support / Training

Flight Level Engineering offers onsite support. Onsite support and user training is recommended for users that require integration services with an existing non-FLE simulator. Additional onsite support outside of the initial onsite setup, demonstration, and basic training is be billed at $145.00 per hour (3 day minimum) plus travel.

Warrantee

Flight Level Engineering provides a one year limited parts and labor warrantee. Assuming there is no evidence of misuse, neglect or tampering, there will be no labor charges to repair the unit for the first year. This does not include travel. Individual parts will be covered by their respective manufacturer’s warrantee (most have at least one year).
